An apparatus for manufacturing a display panel is provided to improve a manufacturing efficiency of the display device by equalizing a first tack time with a second tack time. An apparatus for manufacturing a display panel includes a substrate loader(110), an organic light emitting substrate making unit(130), and a color filter substrate making unit(140). A substrate is mounted on the substrate loader. The organic light emitting substrate making unit deposits an organic light emitting material on the substrate which is loaded on the substrate loader. The color filter substrate making unit deposits a color filter on the substrate. A substrate transfer unit(120) transfers the substrate from the substrate loader to the organic light emitting substrate making unit and the color filter substrate making unit.
