A multi-mode network community system for transmitting a message to specific people within a short time and its control method are provided to allow a message relay service provider to make a profitable structure through continuous activation of events. Message sender and recipient use a wired/wireless terminal(1), respectively. A connecting unit connects the wired/wireless terminal(1) to a multi-mode communication server(21) for message group transmission. A database(30) transmits a group transmission request message of the message sender who has been connected through the wired/wireless terminal(1) to recipients via communication units each having a different priority level set by the recipients of a corresponding group, and provides message reception results of the recipients. A control server(20) controls such that the message is transmitted in sequence according to a message transmission rule set by the message sender when the multi-mode communication server(21) performs the message transmission operation.
