An insulation fixing tool for preventing the dew condensation of an interlayer slab of a concrete building comprises a fixture(1) composed of an attachment plate(11) attached to the top of a slab deck panel by a double-faced tape and a binding projection(12) projected on the top of the attachment plate in a cylindrical shape to penetrate an insulation for dew condensation prevention, and a fixing cap(2) composed of a cylindrical fastening unit(21) assembled to cover up the binding projection of the fixture on the upper part of the insulation and a press plate(22) pressing the top of the insulation.
