An equipment for opening and closing an outlet of an air cleaner, that lessens a damage of a door or a separation of the door, opens or closes the door without consuming electric power, beautifies an external appearance of the air cleaner, and allows the door to be opened by an one touch system, is provided. An equipment(100) for opening and closing an outlet of an air cleaner comprises: a fan case(110) which houses a fan therein, and has an outlet(111) formed thereon to exhaust air in a body to the outside; a door(120) for opening or closing the outlet; guide members(130) installed at both side edges of the outlet to guide the door when the door opens or closes the outlet; and an operating means(140) which is installed on the fan case, elastically supports the door to maintain a state that the door is fixed when the door closes the outlet, and draws up the door using tension by pressing the door and releasing the elastically supported state of the door at the same time when the door opens the outlet. The door includes: at least one leaf spring(141); a damping member(143) comprising a rack gear rod(144), a reduction gear(145) and a supporting member(113); and a coil spring(147).
