A relay for reducing the noise in an electronic control unit of the vehicle is provided to reduce the noise of the metal contact sound generated from a relay and to improve the riding comfort of the vehicle by flowing the exciting current to an exciting coil. A relay for reducing the noise in an electronic control unit of the vehicle comprises a relay switch(210), an exciting coil(220), a PWM(pulse width modulation) driving signal unit(430), and a relay driving switch(420). The relay switch opens and closes a circuit by turning on/off an earthing terminal. The exciting coil controls the relay switch in an on/off condition by controlling the earthing terminal to generate the magnetic force if the exciting voltage is applied. The PWM driving signal unit outputs the PWM signal. The relay driving switch transmits the exciting voltage to the exciting coil by inputting the PWM signal.
