A water tank is provided to increase productivity by keeping horizontal support members at regular intervals and performing welding work effectively, to expand the joint area of a vertical support member and a horizontal support member, to increase durability by preventing the flexural deformation of a vertical support member and to prevent the corrosion and pollution caused by dew condensation by keeping the outside of a water tank warm. A water tank comprises a bottom part(100) equipped with a latticed bottom frame spaced out from a concrete foundation(C), an outer support part(200) formed by assembling horizontal support members(220) between vertical support members(210) installed on the bottom part, a heat insulation part formed by inserting a heat insulating material to a rugged groove of the horizontal support member and a heat insulating material to a gap between the horizontal support member and the horizontal support member, a partition support part formed by assembling rugged horizontal support members between vertical support members installed to partition off an inside space, a wall part formed by attaching hollow resin panels on the inside of the outer support part and two sides of the partition support part, a lining part formed by attaching a resin sheet on the inner surface of the wall part, an inner reinforcement part formed by coupling two sides of a double pipe type reinforcement rod to the outside of the vertical support member with a nut and equipped with a vertical reinforcement member installed on the bottom part to support an upper plate of the water tank, an upper plate part supported by the vertical reinforcement member and put on the top of the water tank, and a finishing part(900) formed by covering the outer circumference of the outer support part with a finishing member(910).
