A method for manufacturing a foam is provided to form a foam having a pattern with a predetermined color, physical properties or a predetermined shape with no need of separate adhesion process or painting process. A method for manufacturing a foam comprises the steps of: processing a body portion molding material with a predetermined shape in a state of inhibiting a crosslink-foaming, at least one pattern portion molding material(16) with a predetermined shape and a shell portion molding material(14), respectively; combining the pattern portion molding material to one side of the shell portion molding material; mounting the one side of the shell portion molding material combined with the pattern portion molding material, closely onto an internal surface of a mold with a predetermined shape and then mounting the body portion molding material into a space formed by the other side of the shell portion molding material, on which the pattern portion molding material is not combined; and sealing the mold and cross-link foaming the molding materials simultaneously.
