A suspension capable of reducing the loss of a high frequency signal is provided to minimize the loss component of a high frequency signal when an electric signal is delivered through a trace, thereby ensuring a rapid rising time of the electrical signal transmitted through the trace. A suspension for supporting a read/write head includes a conductive layer(310), a support layer(330), and a dielectric layer(320). The conductive layer(310) includes a plurality of traces. The support layer(330) includes steel for supporting the conductive layer(310). The dielectric layer(320) is positioned between the support layer(330) and the conductive layer(310) and includes dielectric materials having a dielectric constant in the range of 1.1 to 2.8.
