A connecting member for assembling a packing box is provided to assemble and disassemble the packing box quickly without a special fixing unit by using horizontal and vertical fixing parts and to hold an assembled state of the packing box firmly by reinforcing and supporting the edge of a plate member in a longitudinal direction by an angle. A connecting member(1) for assembling a packing box is composed of a horizontal fixing part(10) fitted to each edge of a plate member and vertical fixing parts(20a,20b) formed in a vertical direction and disposed across each other on a plane of the horizontal fixing part. The edges of the plate member are fitted to both sides of the vertical fixing parts, respectively.
