An incombustible laminated sheet is provided to secure good flexibility and incombustibility by preventing naps state from generating when used for long-time use by coating a non-woven fabric with silicon resin with good refractoriness. An incombustible laminated sheet(4) is produced by bonding and stacking non-woven fabrics(1,1') impregnated with one or two kinds of flame retardants and an aluminum sheet(3) as a reinforcing material, by an adhesive agent and then coating one surface of the non-woven fabric with silicon resin(5). The flame retardant is selected from aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, trioxide antimone, ammonium polyphosphate, calcium carbonate, titaniume dioxide, and aluminum silicate. The non-woven fabric is made of one or two kinds of fibers selected from ceramic fiber, polyurethane fiber, acryl fiber, polyester fiber, SBS(Styrene Butadiene Styrene) copolymer fiber, SEBS(Styrene Ethylene Butadiene Styrene) copolymer fiber, and SIS(Butadiene Isoprene Styrene) copolymer fiber.
