A seismic isolation device is provided to disperse load of a structure through a plurality of rollers and to guarantee safety of the structure regardless of the direction of vibration. A seismic isolation device comprises a base end portion(30), a base plate(35), a structure supporting unit(40), an upper and a lower sliding support unit(10,20), and an upper and a lower cover(15,25). The base end portion is installed at a fundamental unit of the structure. The base plate is integrally formed with the base end portion. The structure supporting unit is installed at a lower part of the structure. The upper and lower sliding support units are installed between the base end portion and the structure with a center plate(45) interposed to be horizontally moved in a predetermined direction where the upper and lower sliding support units are crossed. The upper and lower covers are located at the upper part of the upper and lower sliding support units. The upper and lower sliding supporting units rotatably support side walls, and a plurality of rollers. The upper and the lower sliding supporting units have a plate-shaped roller retainer horizontally moved according to the rotation of the roller and inserted into slit grooves formed on the side walls.
