A device for taking in and out a mold of a mold loading system is provided to maintain the mold loading system easily by improving an incoming/outgoing device. In a mold loading system, a device for taking in and out a mold has a lift(120). The lift comprises a lift body(121), a transferring unit(125), and a lifting unit(126). The lift body is vertically moving by a lifting device. The transferring unit inserts or draws out the mold from an upper part of the lift body. The lifting unit lifts up the mold substantially. The transferring unit is composed of a rail(127), a transferring plate(128), a rack(131). The rail is installed at an upper part of the lift body. The transferring plate is mounted at the rail, wherein a plurality of rollers(129,130) are installed at a lower surface to be sled. The rack is installed at a lower surface of a center of the transferring plate. The rack connects a driving gear(134) fixed to an output shaft(133) of a motor(M) with a pinion(136) wherein power is received through a media gear(135). The motor is installed at a bracket(132) fixed to the lift body. The lifting unit is composed of a lifting cylinder(140) and a lifting plate(142). The lifting cylinder is installed at an upper part of the transferring plate. The transferring plate is fixed to a rod(141) of the lifting cylinder and ascending and descending the mold loaded in a space of a loading stand.
