Preferred Components: The polymer with tetrafluoroethylene is tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene (ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluropropylene-fluoro terpolymer) copolymers, tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoro propylene (fluorinated ethylene propylene) copolymers, tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoro propylene/ethylene terpolymers (ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluropropylene-fluoro terpolymer) or tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoro propylene/vinylidene fluoride terpolymers. The modified polyvinylidene fluoride is 1-99 parts, preferably 50-10 parts, polymer containing tetrafluoroethylene or polyvinyl fluoride. The modified polyvinylidene fluoride is obtained by the process comprising: mixing of polyvinylidene fluoride with unsaturated polar monomer in melted medium; irradiation of the obtained mixture (under irradiation beta or gamma ) in a solid state using electronic or photonic source under an irradiation dose of 10-200 kGray, preferably 10-150 kGray; and optionally elimination of the unsaturated monomer i.e. not grafted and the residues liberated by the grafting. The other material is thermoplastic polymer such as polyamides (PA e.g. PA 6, 11, 12, 6.6 etc.), polyolefins (ethylene propylene, polypropylene, ethylene propylene diene monomer), PVC, chlorinated PVC, polyethylene terephthalate, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, polyether ketone, polyoxymethylene (acetal), polyethersulfone, polyurethane or optionally vulcanized elastomer. The structure is in the form of film, tube, hollow body or plate. The structure comprises either a layer of thermoplastic/elastomer material between two layers of the mixture or vice versa. The structure comprises an adhesion layer between the layer of mixture and the layer of thermoplastic/elastomer material. The structure further comprises a layer of inorganic material such as glass, metal, quartz or concrete. The unsaturated polar monomer has a C=C double bond as at least a polar function of carboxylic acid, carboxylic acid salt, carboxylic acid anhydride, epoxide, carboxylic acid ester, silyl, alkoxysilane, carboxylic acid amide, hydroxy or isocyanate. The unsaturated polar monomer is methacrylic acid, acrylic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, itaconic acid, citraconic acid, undecylenic acid, allylsuccinic acid, cyclohex-4-ene-1,2-dicarboxylic acid, 4-methyl-cyclohex-4-ene-1,2-dicarboxylic acid, bicyclo-(2.2.1)-hept-5-ene-2,3-dicarboxylic acid, x-methylbicyclo (2.2.1)-hept-5-ene-2,3-dicarboxylic acid, zinc undecylenate, calcium undecylenate, sodium undecylenate, maleic anhydride, itaconic anhydride, citraconic anhydride, dichloromaleic anhydride, difluoromaleic anhydride, itaconic anhydride, crotonic anhydride, acrylate or glycidyl methacrylate, allyl glycidyl ether, vinyl silanes such as vinyl trimethoxysilane, vinyl triethoxysilane, vinyl triacetoxysilane or gamma -methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# No suitable example given.</p>
