The rampant (1) has upstream and downstream traversing edges (7, 8) extending perpendicularly to a symmetric plane of a monoblock element corresponding to a rolling vehicle`s circulation direction. An upper surface (11) extends with respect to a lower plane surface (10) and is inclined with a slope increasing the edge (7) in a direction of the edge (8) based on the plane, where the surface (11) is deactivated. Biases, chamfers or bevels (13, 15) extend from the surfaces (11, 10) and are directed towards the lower and upper surfaces, to block the element by pivotment in a pavement.
