<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information analyzing device for securely analyzing data including personal information with little risk of leakage and unauthorized use of the personal information. <P>SOLUTION: A patient ID inputted from an input terminal 1 of a medical institution H is stored in a server device 5. The patient ID is stored in a dongle 6 set in a download terminal 2. The dongle 6 is set in a standalone type analysis terminal 3 of a medical research institution A. When the dongle 6 detects that the dongle 6 is set in the analysis terminal 3, the dongle 6 acquires and decrypts a personal information file 4. Further, the dongle 6 deletes a personal record of the same patient ID as the downloaded patient ID.
