<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens insertion instrument easily assembled while surely preventing a push-out shaft from coming off backwards. <P>SOLUTION: The insertion instrument has main bodies 5 and 6 for housing intraocular lenses 10 and the push-out shaft 4 for pushing the intraocular lens out from the tip of the main bodies into the eye. Inside the main bodies, a movement block part 5d for blocking the movement backwards of the push-out shaft is provided.
