PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance-type converter of a single end having a ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching) characteristic in a full-corresponding load region. SOLUTION: The resonance-type converter comprises: a converter transformer PIT wound with a primary winding N1 and a secondary winding N2; a choke coil PCC that functions as an inductor Lo; a primary-side parallel resonance capacitor Cr; and a primary-side series resonance capacitor C2. A value of a primary-side first series resonance frequency fo11s that is governed by the inductance of the inductor Lo and the capacitance of the primary-side series resonance capacitor C2 is made to be almost the double of a primary-side second series resonance frequency fo12s that is governed by the inductance of a leak inductor L1 generated at the primary winding N1 and the capacitance of the primary-side series resonance capacitor C2, and a value of a primary-side parallel resonance frequency fo1p that is governed by the inductance of the lead inductor L1, the inductance of the inductor Lo, and the capacitance of a primary-side parallel resonance capacitor Cr is made to be almost the 1.5 times or more of the value of the primary-side first series resonance frequency fo11s.
