PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink cartridge which can detect the opening of an atmospheric air communication port seal by a simple constitution, and to provide an inkjet recording device. SOLUTION: This printer keeps an ink information storage means which can radio-communicate constituted as a label which works as the atmospheric air communication port seal at the time of distribution as well.
