PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust plug whose durability can be improved by reducing the abrasion of the sliding surface of the protrusive plate portions of a plug body. SOLUTION: The thrust plug 30 made of a resin is provided with the plug body 31, a shaft portion 32 formed integrally with this plug body 31 and mounted on both end surfaces of a motor shaft, and the protrusive plate portions 33 formed protrusively from the plug body 31 and that have sliding surfaces 34 that slide on each thrust receiving portions provided on both end sides of the motor. On the sliding surfaces 34 of this protrusive plate portions 33, an grease collection portions 36 are formed from its center portion 34a toward the outside circumference and consisting of a plurality of oil and fat collection grooves 35 opened at the outside periphery. On the bottom surface 35a of these oil and fat collection grooves 35, oil pooling portions 37 dug down in the axial direction are formed. In this thrust plug, communication grooves 38, which communicate neighboring oil pooling portions 37, 37 with each other, are formed between the oil pooling portions 37, 37 adjacent to each other of a plurality of the oil and fat collection grooves 36.
