PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seamlessly execute an application between apparatuses. SOLUTION: When start request (6) of the application is given from another apparatus by specifying an application kind being executed in the apparatus, the requested application is started (7), and then acquisition of state information of the started application is requested (8) to the apparatus requesting start of the application. The state information of the application being executed is returned (9) from the apparatus requesting start of the application in response to the acquisition request. It is acquired and stored in a memory to which the started application refers when executing processing.
