PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular power transmitting device capable of sharing conventional components as many as possible when a transaxle is reversed, and suppressing the enlargement of the transaxle. SOLUTION: When the third axial center 56 of a second vehicular power transmitting device 58 is reversed to be positioned on the front side of a vehicle, if a second inner angleθ2 is kept constant and the shaft is disposed in the same way as a first vehicular power transmitting device 60, a resultant force applied on an output shaft 26 is not changed, and the vehicular power transmitting device can be constituted without changing components such as a shaft. Therefore, when the second vehicular power transmitting device 58 is reversed, shaft members such as the output shaft 26 can be shared, and the vehicular power transmitting device capable of sharing the conventional components as many as possible can be constituted.
