<p>Provided is a system program download system, which cannot provide any person other than a registered control device and a registered person, with a program for the control device. The system program download system comprises a management server for managing the information on both a customer having purchased the control device and the control device, for deciding it in response to a download request of the program from the customer whether or not the customer and the control device are proper, and for generating a download module containing the program and a mechanical information collating code to discriminate the control device, a portable storage medium (51) stored with the download module received from the management server, and a control device for reading out the download module from the portable storage medium (51) and for introducing the program in case the mechanical information collating code and its own mechanical intrinsic information are identical.</p> |
