PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching regulator capable of performing switching operation according to an output voltage while boosting a plurality of switching regulators while shifting phases mutually. SOLUTION: There are first and second switching regulators provided in parallel, and first and second PLL circuit units for supplying the control pulse signals of the first and second switching regulators. The control pulse signal of which the phase is shifted mutually controls the operation of the first and second switching regulators via the first and second PLL circuit units. The frequency of the first and second control pulse signals is controlled variably according to the output voltage of the switching regulator for maintaining the output voltage at a prescribed voltage.
