PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the malfunction of an OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex) demodulator by surely implementing parameter updating in a right timing. SOLUTION: Based on a first count-down signal (CDA) in error-corrected TMCC information, an estimation unit (13a) estimates whether counting-down is started or not. When it is estimated by the estimation unit that counting-down is started, a signal generation unit (13b) acquires a value of the first count-down signal as an initial value for the value of a second count-down signal (CDB) and decreases the value of the second count-down signal sequentially from the initial value synchronously with a frame. When it is estimated by the estimation unit that counting-down is started, an output unit (13c) switches a signal to be output as a third count-down signal (CD) to be actually used for parameter updating from the first count-down signal to the second count-down signal.
