PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a hard coating with a good scuff resistance hardly scuffing the outermost surface when a hydrophilic functional layer is provided on a hard coat layer, and to provide a laminated body with a good scuff resistance hardly scuffing the outermost surface in the anti-reflective laminated body provided with a low refractive index layer on the hard coat layer. SOLUTION: In an anti-reflective film which keeps the hard coat layer and the low refractive index layer with a lower refractive index than that for the hard coat layer overlying in this order on a transparent substrate, the composition for the hard coat layer is characterized in that this hard coat layer comprises a polyfunctional (meth)acrylic monomer (A), a phosphoric acid group-containing compound (B), and a photo-radical polymerization initiator (C).
