PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest height adjuster capable of suitably retaining a headrest against an impact while reducing the weight. SOLUTION: A base member 13 is fixed to a seat back to support an actuator 25 and a sector gear 27. A movable member 14 is linked with the headrest and freely lifted/lowered to the base member 13. A bush 30 transmits a driving force of the actuator 25 via the sector gear 27 to the movable member 14 to lift/lower the headrest linked with the movable member 14. The bush 30 has a weak part inducing a crush to the impact in the lifting/lowering direction applied between the sector gear 27 and the movable member 14 and absorb the impact energy.
