A method of adjusting inclination of a pile during hammering is provided to measure the inclination angle without vibration and to adjust tilt angle of a leader of a hammering machine regardless of posture of the machine. A method of adjusting inclination of a pile during hammering comprises the steps of: measuring the inclination of a pile(P) at non-vibrating state after each blow of a hammer; and restraining the inclination by adjusting the inclination of a leader(D) of the hammering machine based on the measurement data if the pile deviates from straight vertical line or reducing the angle of the inclination.
