<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor capable of detecting a plurality of detection targets by a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor 1 has a sample supply space 5 for housing a liquid sample 50. Detection parts 11, 12 and 13, which are respectively constituted of acting electrodes 21, 22 and 23, counter electrodes 61, 62 and 63 and reference electrodes 71, 72 and 73, are provided in the sample supply space 5. Further, reaction layers 41 and 42 are respectively provided on the acting electrodes 21 and 22 among the acting electrodes 21, 22 and 23 through intermediate layers 31 and 32. These intermediate layers 31 and 32 are constituted so as to adjust the current values taken out of the detection parts 11 and 12 by setting the respective compositions and/or contents of the compounds contained in the intermediate layers 31 and 32 corresponding to the respective kinds and/or contents of the receptors in the reaction layers 41 and 42.
