PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic thin film which can operate in a GHz band, and an electronic device using it. SOLUTION: The magnetic thin film is constituted by alternately laminating a magnetic layer and an insulating layer. The magnetic layer comprises a first magnetic layer 1 and a second magnetic layer 2. The first magnetic layer 1 has an anisotropic magnetic field higher than that of the second magnetic layer 2, and saturation magnetization of the second magnetic layer 2 is higher than that of the first magnetic layer 1.
