PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute an automatic transmission operation to a communication destination by a mobile radio communication terminal after communication disconnection within an optimum time. SOLUTION: When the communication is disconnected (S3), position information obtained from a position information acquiring part is collated with a database in which incommunicable areas such as tunnels are recorded (S4). When the place where the communication is disconnected is an area where radio waves from a base station are interrupted and the communication can not be maintained (S5: Y), an application timer established separately from a reconnection timer acquired from the base station is also restarted, and when communication with the base station becomes possible before end of the application timer because time is up after clear-down without performing reconnection while the reconnection time clocks (S16: Y), retransmission is automatically performed to the disconnected communication (S18).
