PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiation method of microwave and a grounding member capable of suppressing generation of arc discharge. SOLUTION: In the microwave irradiation method, while all the metal portion 24 of a circuit member 20 having the metal portion 24 is grounded, microwave is irradiated on the circuit member 20.
