PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device which prevents wrong determination of melting of a relay. SOLUTION: The control device 30 determines melting of a system relay SMRG while discharge of a capacitor C2 is executed. The control device 30 determines that the system relay SMRG is melted when the voltage difference between a voltage Vm from a voltage sensor 13 in generating a L-level signal SEP to turn off only a system relay SMRP, and a D.C. voltage Vb from a voltage sensor 10 is below a predetermined reference value, and when a direct current Ib is above a predetermined threshold value.
