PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide transparent structure capable of easily and simply performing management of a surface of a film or a glass plate having a conductive film to be attached to the surface of an image display device, and capable of deciding whether its electric characteristics proper, and having excellent electromagnetic wave shielding effect. SOLUTION: In the transparent structure having the electromagnetic wave shielding effect formed by laminating a plastic film and the glass plate, a transparent conductive film (A) is integrated in the laminated surface of either the plastic film or the glass plate and at least two independent electrode lines (B) are formed at the circumferential part of the transparent conductive film (A).
