<p>Electrolyte for electrochemical separation of antimony telluride (antimony (38-40 At.%) and tellurium (60-62 At.%)) and/or bismuth-antimony-tellurium (bismuth (6-12 At.%), antimony (28-34 At.%) and tellurium (60 At.%)), comprises up to 0.7 mol/l of potassium- or sodium pyrophosphate, and up to 0.2 mol/l of diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid. An independent claim is included for a procedure of electrochemical separation of antimony telluride using an electrolyte, under the potential static in potential area of -0.620 V to -0.780 V against saturated calomel electrode, where the p-semiconductor is separated.</p> |
