<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell which is rich in decorative variation by light. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell includes a transparent substrate 16, a solar cell layer 17 which is laminated on the reverse surface of the transparent substrate 16 and absorbs, especially, light having a greenish-color wavelength as a specified wavelength, and a light emitting member 18 which is provided below the solar cell layer 17 and emits first color light having nearly the same wavelength with the greenish-color wavelength and second color light having a reddish color wavelength different from that of the first color light. A lower metal electrode layer 22 provided on the reverse surface of a semiconductor layer 21 of the solar cell layer 17 except a predetermined area 23 serves as a light shield member. Therefore, when the light emitting member 18 emits the first color light, the semiconductor layer 21 at a place corresponding to the specified area 23 turns off; and when the light emitting member 18 emits the second color light, the semiconductor layer 21 at a place corresponding to the specified area 23 illuminates to appear to be floating, thereby obtaining the solar cell which is rich in decorative variation by light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
