PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting means of a joint, which can be inserted in a spigot and attached from one direction, for stably pressing and holding the joint. SOLUTION: A spigot fixed member 16 has: an inwardly bent part 16d having an approximately the same diameter as an outer diameter of the spigot 12 and having an arc exceeding half the length of an outer face of the spigot 12; and pressing parts 18, 18 pressing and holding the outer face of the spigot 12 at both end parts 16e, 16e of the inwardly bent part 16d. The inwardly bent part 16d has split structure engaged at a supporting point part 16c formed at an approximately the center in a circumferential direction, and is constituted to be rotatable around the supporting point part 16c by screwing and insertion of a bolt 16f.
