PURPOSE:To lessen the call loss rate at the time of the high traffic increasing all the telephone call circuits, by lowering to 1/2 the repeating frequency of the time slot allocated to the circuit, regarding a part of the circuits or all the circuits at the time of the high traffic, and allocating to a new telephone call circuit the remaining time slot being not in use due to the foregoing. |
