<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of attaching/detaching of a top cap without causing confusion when removing the top cap in a container with the top cap. <P>SOLUTION: A top cap 200 is detachably mounted to a container by covering the top cap 200 on the container 100 and locking mutual click locking parts 31 and 32. While an elliptical shape fitting projection part 10 is formed on the container, an elliptical shape fitting recessed part 28 where the fitting projection part 10 is fitted when covering the top cap on the container, is formed on the top cap. When covering the top cap in a state of it being mounted to the container to turn it around the attaching/detaching direction (c), an inner surface recessed part 30 where a major diameter part 10a of the fitting projection part to be a part of the container is fitted, is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the fitting recessed part.
