PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipating sheet (for electronic apparatuses and electronic parts) which is superior in heat dissipation, electric insulation, mechanical strength, and moisture resistance, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The heat dissipating sheet is composed of magnesium carbonate particles which are bound by binder resin with glass-transition temperature of -50 to 50°C. The mass ratio between the magnesium carbonate particles and the binder resin is 67/33 to 80/20, and the thickness of the sheet is 10-150μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
