PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a first message at a date before an opening date of a second message. SOLUTION: A date of a display condition and first and second messages are inputted to a cellular phone of a user A to be transmitted. This conditional electronic mail is received by a mail server to be accumulated in a mail accumulation part. The mail arrival notification is transmitted with a URL of the conditional electronic mail. When a user B accesses the URL via his/her cellular phone, the conditional electronic mail and an application are downloaded, and a mail application is started. If a starting date does not satisfy the display condition, the first message is displayed on a liquid crystal panel. The user B reading the sentence of the first message is notified of an image and a sentence viewable on a birthday and looks forward to the birthday. When the mail application is started on the birthday satisfying the display condition, the first message on the liquid crystal panel is switched to the second message, and the sentence and the image of the second message are displayed.
