PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end treatment method for a concrete structure, in which a concrete end of a saw-like protrusion molded from the slope of a sediment form can be easily removed concurrently with the removal of the sediment form, when the concrete structure such as a check dam is constructed by using the sediment form. SOLUTION: Concrete 2 is placed between the pair of sediment forms 1 and 1; a top surface of the concrete is spread; after that, a joint material 3, which is composed of a filler such as a steel plate or locally produced soil and sand, is continuously inserted into a boundary (a position on a design line L) between a concrete body part 2a and the protrusive concrete end 2b along the design line L from above; the concrete body part 2a and the concrete end 2b are structurally preseparated from each other; after the insertion of the joint material 3, the top surface of the concrete 2, including the top surface of the joint material 3, is uniformly compacted by a vibratory roller etc. ; and after the completion of the placing of the concrete throughout all the steps, the concrete end 2b is removed concurrently with the removal of the sediment form 1, so that the concrete structure B can be composed of the concrete body part 2a.
