PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a drug delivery system (DDS) with high functionality and to provide a material for pharmaceutical preparation or cosmetic formulated with biocompatible nanoparticles having metastasis and infiltration of tumor cells suppressing efficacy. SOLUTION: The biocompatible nanoparticles 14 are composed of a copolymer of asparagine-hydroxycarboxylic acid, and used in a state in which the surface charge of the biocompatible nanoparticle 14 is negative, and the material preferable for pharmaceutical preparation or cosmetic having a high minute cutaneous carcinoma infiltration, metastasis suppressing effect, low in residual property and small stimulation to living body compared to lactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer.
