PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine for shortening a stand-by time until merchandise to be heated for sales is conveyed. SOLUTION: This vending machine for heating and conveying merchandise X to be heated for sales stored in a merchandise storage 11, when selling is provided with a user detector 21 for detecting a user, a storage cylinder 41c for storing the merchandise X to be heated for sales to be transferred from the merchandise storage 11 inside, a heater 41a for heating the merchandise X for sales in the storage cylinder 41c; and a second control part 40 for controlling the heater 41a to heat the merchandise X for sales to a predetermined temperature.
