PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a determination rate by improving S/N by attenuating multiple reflected waves from a living body, such as a cranial bone, which is a major factor of an erroneous decision of an abnormal position of blood vessels. SOLUTION: A vascular abnormality diagnostic method is equipped with a biological vibration sensing process (step S1) for sensing sound vibrations including vibrations generated by a blood flow sound in a specific space inside the living body as a waveform signal from a biological vibration sensing means attached to a plurality of regions of the living body and an abnormal position estimating process (step S5) for specifying a point where an abnormal sound is generated in the specific space based on the detected waveform signal to estimate the point of generating the abnormal sound as the abnormal position of the blood vessel. The abnormal position estimating process is equipped with a windowing processing process (step S2) for distinguishing the waveform signal of the sound directly reaching a detecting means from the abnormal position from the waveform signal which is reflected by the living body and reaches late out of the waveform signals of the sound radiated from the estimated abnormal position and performing window processing to reduce the reflected waveform signals on the basis of specific trigger signals.
