A cylindrical bush consists of a cylindrical rubber component (1) for absorbing vibration. An inner sleeve/cylindrical metal fitting (2) links coaxially to the rubber component on one of its inner peripheral surfaces. An outer sleeve/cylindrical metal fitting (3) links coaxially to the rubber component on one of the outer surfaces. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a rubber component with a metal fitting.
