<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic actuator which is small and is easy of voltage control. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic actuator, which rotates a rotor, acting upon a rotatable rotor, is equipped with a plate-shaped oscillator whose one end contacts with the rotor and which has an angle bent in the middle and is extended with its other end fixed, and a piezoelectric element which contacts with one part between the above one end and the above angle of the oscillator and oscillates, receiving the application of AC voltage, and transmits the oscillation to the oscillator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
