PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the action of an accessory when a storage part is mounted on the accessory as a power source of the accessory of an image forming device.

SOLUTION: A control part 303 charges a storage part 305 using the power supplied from a power converter 301 during stand-by time when it stands by for executing a job. When executing a print job using the sheet feeding device 100 as the accessory, the control part 303 puts off the execution of the print job if the amount of charge of the storage part 305 is less than the power to be consumed by the execution of the print job.
