<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover of a ground facility which has flexibility in deformation even if titanium oxide is contained, can be easily installed around an electric pole or the like as a ground facility, and can be used as an effective member for a road side environmental measures. <P>SOLUTION: The cover of an electric pole 3 or the like as a ground facility 2 comprises a cover body 11 which contains titanium oxide for free deformation to enclose the electric pole 3; and a coming-off preventing body 13 which encloses the cover body 11 to prevent coming off of the cover body 11 from the electric pole 3, and comprises a plurality of vertical windows 15 which exposes a generally wide area of the cover body 11 containing the titanium oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
