<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element capable of increasing the area used for receiving light, and to provide a photoelectric conversion device and a photoelectric conversion module. <P>SOLUTION: Each of solar cell elements 2 is provided with a bar-like support bar 3, wherein a reflecting electrode 5, a P-type semiconductor layer 7, an I-type semiconductor layer 9, an N-type semiconductor layer 11 and a transparent electrode 13 are stacked sequentially on the external circumferential surface of the support bar 3. A semicircular cross-sectional reflecting layer 15, having optical reflection performance, is formed on the external circumferential surface of the transparent electrode 13, on the lower surface side of the solar cell element 2.
