PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience of a user utilizing a vehicle.

SOLUTION: An proximity ID portable communication terminal 12 generates setting information for setting the display of an in-vehicle device 33 or a display device 35 mounted to the vehicle based on an instruction from a user and stores the setting information. The proximity ID portable communication terminal 12 transmits the stored setting information to an proximity ID control device 32 when it can perform communication with the proximity ID control device 31. The proximity ID control device 31 receives the setting information transmitted from the proximity ID portable communication terminal 12 and controls the display of the in-vehicle device 33 or the display device 35 based on the received setting information. Thereby, the convenience of the user utilizing the vehicle can be enhanced. The present invention can be applied to an information processing system.
